Please be aware of communications that may appear to be coming from Custom Officers and confirm in advance whether you have mailed the corresponding items. If you receive any suspicious calls or text, please contact us immediately to prevent any unnecessary losses.
Refunds will be made by us via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days of receipt by us of the returned goods (as set out herein) or cancellation of the Order as the case may be.
Call or email us and we’ll assist with any returns. All shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
